  • Manufactured from premium, fuel-resistant materials that preserve sealing performance over time.
  • Multiple seal constructions are available to best match the intended application and service conditions.
  • Extreme Sealing Technology (EST) features embossed steel cores covered with a proprietary rubber material or solid copper where specified for superior sealing under pressure.
  • Multi-layer steel (MLS) designs use outer Viton®-coated embossed spring steel with an inner steel layer for added support and durability.
  • Composite constructions (CFM) laminate a steel tang center to withstand high heat without delaminating while maintaining a long-lasting seal.
  • Aluminum foam core designs with a chemically blown, compounded nitrile coating are bonded to the outside layer and do not require additional sealant.
  • Single-layer stainless steel cores with embossed outer surfaces create a heavy-duty seal between mating surfaces.
  • Viton®-coated options provide a thin, resilient rubber barrier over stainless cores for enhanced chemical and heat resistance.
