Shipping
Overview
- You choose the shipping method at checkout based on your preference for speed and price.
- We ship on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Processing starts after payment is confirmed.
Handling & Delivery Times
- In-stock products: usually delivered in 1–3 business days.
- Back-ordered products: allow up to 15 business days.
- Mixed orders may ship in one or multiple parcels. If an item is back-ordered, we may wait to ship everything together unless you request a split shipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
Delivery estimates refer to transit time after dispatch and are not guaranteed. Weather, customs, or carrier delays are outside our control.
Shipping Options
At checkout you’ll see the available carriers and services for your address (e.g., economy, standard, express). Options vary by:
- Destination
- Order weight/size
- Contents and value (some items require specific services or age/ID checks)
Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on carrier, service level, destination, and parcel weight/volume. Any promotional shipping offers will appear automatically if your cart qualifies.
Tracking
- Most services include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link by email when we dispatch your order.
- Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after you receive the dispatch email.
Delivery Areas & Restrictions
- We ship to the countries and regions offered at checkout.
- Certain items may be restricted by carrier or local regulations. If your order contains restricted items for your destination, we’ll contact you with alternatives or a refund.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can cause delays or returns. If a parcel is returned to us due to an addressing issue, we can reship it once we receive it back; additional shipping charges may apply.
Missed Delivery / Unclaimed Parcels
If a delivery attempt is missed, the carrier may leave a notice and/or hold the parcel at a pickup point for a limited time. Unclaimed parcels that return to us can be reshipped (additional shipping charges apply) or refunded minus original shipping costs.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
- Damaged on arrival: If the outer box appears damaged, ask the courier to note it upon receipt and photograph the parcel and contents. Contact us within 48 hours so we can start a claim.
- Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement beyond a reasonable period, contact us. We’ll open an investigation with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund once the claim is resolved.
Split Shipments
For faster delivery of available items, you can request a split shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply; contact us before or immediately after placing the order.
In-Store Pickup (if enabled)
- We’ll email you when your order is ready for collection.
- Bring a copy of your order confirmation and a photo ID.
- Orders not collected within 7 calendar days may be canceled and refunded.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (international orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, or taxes in the destination country. These charges (if any) are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We can modify or cancel orders that haven’t yet been packed. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order is dispatched, changes aren’t possible.
Returns & Cancellations
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
- You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, notify us in writing (email is fine) with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will acknowledge receipt.
- We will refund all payments received for the returned item(s), including the cost of the standard delivery option offered at checkout (any extra paid for express/upgrade is not refunded).
- Unless we state otherwise, you pay the return shipping for change-of-mind withdrawals. Please choose a tracked service and keep proof of postage.
- Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the goods back or you provide evidence of having sent them—whichever occurs first. We may withhold the refund until the goods are received.
Return Conditions
- Goods must be returned in a condition that reflects only the handling necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning—similar to inspecting in a store.
- If items are returned with signs of installation/use, missing accessories, or damaged/non-original packaging, we may deduct an amount to reflect the diminished value (up to 100% for safety-critical parts that can no longer be resold).
- Fluids, chemicals and aerosols: returns must be unopened and sealed. Hazardous goods must follow carrier rules; contact us before sending.
- Electrical/electronic parts: returnable if uninstalled. Installed parts are handled under warranty if faulty.
- Non-returnable (except if defective): custom-made or personalized items, goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery, and sealed items not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons once unsealed.
How to Start a Return
- Email [your returns email] within the applicable period with your order number, item(s), reason, and photos if relevant.
- We’ll reply with return instructions and an RMA number. Write the RMA on the package exterior.
- Ship to: [return address]. Use a tracked service and pack items to prevent damage.
Exchanges
For faster turnaround, place a new order and return the original item for a refund. If you prefer a direct exchange, contact us—availability and price differences may apply.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Items
- Damaged on arrival: Note damage with the courier if possible, photograph the parcel and contents, and contact us within 48 hours. We will repair/replace or refund and cover return shipping where applicable.
- Wrong or missing items: Report within 7 days of delivery. We will correct the shipment at our cost.
Warranty (Legal Guarantee)
- Consumer purchases in the EU include a legal guarantee of conformity. The minimum is 2 years EU-wide.
- For customers in Spain, the legal guarantee is 3 years from delivery (or as otherwise required by Spanish law). Second-hand goods may have a shorter period, but not less than 1 year.
- If a product lacks conformity, contact us. Remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, in accordance with applicable law.
B2B Purchases
Orders placed by businesses (with VAT number or for professional use) are not covered by the EU 14-day consumer withdrawal right. Returns are subject to our discretionary approval and may incur handling/diminished-value deductions.
Late Cancellations / Refused Deliveries
- Orders can be modified or canceled until packed for dispatch. After dispatch, treat it as a return under this policy.
- Refused or unclaimed parcels that return to us will be refunded minus the original shipping cost and any carrier return charges, unless refusal was due to our error.
Freight & Oversize Returns
Oversize or palletized items may require special arrangements and different return costs. Contact us before returning these items.
Notes for International Customers
Return customs paperwork must be marked as “Return of Goods”. Any import fees we incur due to incorrect declarations will be deducted from the refund.
