The 1-1/4" Viking Handlebar features a patented internal design that simplifies routing and installing a complete wiring harness for a clean, professional result. 🔧⚡

  • The internal peak is engineered to provide ample clearance so factory wiring with vinyl covering and terminal connections can pass through without chafing.
  • A unique flaring process creates a burr-free internal radius, giving generous internal clearance where it’s needed most.
  • Bars arrive preloaded with E‑Z pull‑thru woven sleeving — insert the wiring harness into the sleeving and pull through for fast, damage-free installation.
  • Premium construction includes smooth round CNC mandrel bends, machined control mounts (not swaged), burr-free internal wiring holes, and electronic throttle control slots for a precise fit.
  • High-luster finishes provide an outstanding appearance while maintaining compatibility with standard controls, including hydraulic clutches.
  • Not for use with stock risers or handlebar clamp/gauge mount clamp on 883C and 1200C models.
