Overview

The Viking handlebar features a patented internal design that makes routing a complete wiring harness simple while maintaining a clean appearance. 😊

  • The internal channel allows a full harness with factory vinyl covering and terminal connections to pass through without chafing.
  • A burr-free internal radius creates generous clearance inside the peak for easier installations.
  • Bars are preloaded with E‑Z pull-thru woven sleeving — insert the wiring harness into the sleeving and pull through for a fast, reliable route.
  • Precision construction includes smooth CNC mandrel bends, machined control mounts (not swaged), burr-free internal wiring holes, and electronic throttle control slots.
  • High-luster finishes deliver an exceptional appearance and long-lasting presentation.

Note: Not compatible with stock risers or handlebar clamp/gauge mount clamp on certain models. Check fitment before installation. 🔧
