Tech 7 has been completely overhauled to ensure exceptional off-road performance in the dirt. Engineered to be lighter, more comfortable, and more protective than ever to deliver exceptional feel on the bike. The Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) lower shell features an innovative design on the shifter area for reduced front roll and easy shift lever control, with a dedicated design for the left and right foot. Further strengthened with a metal shank and reinforced on the toe zone for impact and abrasion resistance.

Equipped with a medial and lateral double pivot system for improved levels of flexibility and precision control. The dedicated design on the medial side wall enhances feel, support, and grip on the bike, while increasing protection and durability of the boot. A contoured TPU calf protector plate offers effective impact resistance, while the main flexion of the boot is supported around the medial and lateral ankle by a low profile pivot system for superior freedom of movement and rider comfort.

The front flexion zone features innovative shock absorbing inserts in the front bellow zone for progressive support. Shock absorbing padding is strategically positioned on the ankles and shin plate for increased impact absorption. The strap holder design offers maximum rotation and functionality, while reducing excessive rotation. The sole is made with an innovative wear limit indicator embedded in the foot peg area, displaying a red layer to alert the rider when the sole needs replacing.

Boot structure beneath the wear limit indicator is surrounded by a Kevlar® layer that maintains the structure and integrity of the boot while protecting it. The closure system includes polymer buckles plus an aluminum frame with self-aligning, quick release closures for a customized secure fitment. The buckle receiver is engineered to be self-aligning, guaranteeing a secure fit while preventing strap rotation.

A soft microfiber gaiter features a dedicated design for the back of the boot, effectively sealing out excessive water and dirt entry. The extended medial panel is constructed from TPU, incorporating an enlarged rubber insert for maximum grip contact with the bike and improved heat and abrasion resistance. The pull flap is engineered to offer increased prehensility.

Updated and compact TPU shin plate construction allows for a greater range of fitment and is equipped with a reinforced hook and loop closure for a comfortable, highly customized fit. The upper features extensive TPU protection on toes, foot, heel, ankle, calf, and shin, with extra hard compounds on the toe-box and heel for additional impact and abrasion resistance. The upper is made from suede leather with a lightweight microfiber construction for superior impact and abrasion resistance.

An additional TPU rear bridge protects the Achilles tendons, while the boot is equipped with a poly-fabric lining with 3D open cell foam and anti-sliding suede reinforcement on the heel area for enhanced abrasion resistance. The one-piece sole is constructed from highly durable, dual compound vulcanized rubber for durability and protection. The sole is replaceable.
