The SM7 helmet is engineered for off-road racing, combining impact protection and long-ride comfort. 🏁

Key features include:

  • Composite outer shell that is lightweight and durable.
  • Aerodynamic shell profile designed to reduce friction on impact and help deflect energy away from the head and neck.
  • Ultra-ventilated design with 20 individual intake and exhaust ports (13 intakes, 8 exhausts) for maximum airflow.
  • Patented visor detaching system engineered to automatically release the visor when subjected to impact energy greater than 15 joules for optimized protection.
  • Alpinestars patented Plasma technology integrated into the side pads for high-performance shock absorption in critical areas.
  • Removable and washable linings; interchangeable 3D foam cheek pads with an emergency extraction system (ERS) and a channel for hydration tube installation.
  • Crown pad and neck pad are elastically connected for improved oblique impact management; top pad is removable and adjustable via the A-head system.
  • Chin strap fitted with a 25 mm nylon strap and stainless steel D-ring closure, plus removable covers for washing.
  • Shell sizing solution with three shell sizes and six consumer sizes to deliver an anatomical fit; cheek pads available in multiple thicknesses for further customization.
  • Integrated channels to accommodate a hydration system on both sides and an EPS cutaway to seamlessly fit communication systems, with earphone recesses on both sides.
