The SM7 Dasher helmet is engineered for off-road racing to combine high-level impact protection with sustained rider comfort. 🏁

Its outer composite shell features an aerodynamic profile designed to reduce friction on impact and promote controlled energy deflection away from the head toward the neck and spinal column.

  • Ultra-ventilation: 20 intake and exhaust ports (13 intakes, 8 exhausts) to maintain airflow and manage heat. 💨
  • Patented visor detaching system engineered to automatically release the visor under impact energies above 15 joules for optimized protection. 🔒
  • Plasma technology integrated into the side pads provides targeted shock absorption in critical areas.
  • Removable, washable linings; 3D foam cheek pads include an emergency extraction system and a channel for hydration tubing. 🧼
  • Crown and neck pads are elastically connected to improve oblique impact management; top pad is removable and adjustable in height.
  • Chin strap with 25 mm nylon, stainless steel DD rings, and removable covers for washing.
  • Integrated channels on both sides to accommodate a hydration system and a left-side EPS cutaway to accept communication systems with earphone recesses on both sides.

The shell sizing strategy uses distinct shell sizes per fit size to deliver an anatomical fit, reduce overall weight, and improve protection. Interchangeable cheek pads allow further fit customization.
