Introducing the SM7 Fuse Helmet — engineered for off-road racing to combine impact protection and comfort. 🪖

  • Outer shell construction is lightweight and durable, with an aerodynamic profile designed to deflect forces away from the head and neck.
  • Ventilation: 20 individual intake and exhaust ports, not including the eye port, with 13 intakes and 8 exhausts for exceptional airflow.
  • Patented visor detaching system automatically releases the visor when subjected to impact energy greater than 15 joules for optimized impact protection.
  • Integrated side pads feature patented Plasma technology for high-performance shock absorption in critical areas.
  • Removable, washable linings and 3D-foam cheek pads with an emergency extraction system (ERS) and a channel for hydration tube installation; cheek pads are interchangeable across sizes.
  • Crown pad and neck pad are elastically connected to improve oblique impact management; the top pad is removable and height-adjustable.
  • Chin strap includes a 25 mm nylon strap with stainless steel D-rings and removable covers for washing.
  • Shell sizing ensures each fit size has a dedicated shell to deliver an anatomical fit; fit can be customized with genuine replacement cheekpads.
  • Both sides have integrated channels for a hydration system and a left-side EPS cutaway to accommodate communication systems, with earphone recesses for speakers.
