The SM7 Fuse is engineered for off-road racing, combining proven impact protection with long-distance comfort. 🏁🪖

Its lightweight composite outer shell has an aerodynamic profile designed to reduce friction on impact, encouraging controlled deflection and efficient energy transfer away from the rider’s head toward the neck and spinal column.

  • Advanced ventilation with 20 intake and exhaust ports (excluding the eye port) for sustained airflow.
  • Patented visor detaching system designed to automatically release the visor under high-impact energy for optimized protection regardless of direction.
  • Alpinestars patented Plasma technology integrated into side pads for targeted shock absorption in critical areas.
  • Removable, washable linings and 3D foam cheek pads with an emergency extraction system and hydration tube channel.
  • Crown and neck pads are elastically connected to improve oblique impact management; top pad height is adjustable and removable via the A-head system.
  • Chin strap with 25 mm nylon webbing and stainless steel DD rings; removable covers for washing.
  • Shell sizing solution and multiple shell sizes deliver a more anatomical fit; cheek pads are interchangeable across sizes for personalized fit.
  • Integrated channels accommodate a hydration system and a cutaway section in the EPS allows easy installation of intercom systems with speaker recesses on both sides.
