The SM7 Core Helmet is engineered for off-road racing, combining impact protection and long-ride comfort. 🏁💨

  • Lightweight composite outer shell shaped to reduce friction on impact and help transfer energy away from the head and neck for improved safety.
  • High-ventilation architecture with 20 intake and exhaust ports (13 intakes, 8 exhausts) for superior airflow and heat management.
  • Patented visor detaching system engineered to automatically release the visor when subjected to impact energies greater than 15 joules to minimize transfer of force.
  • Patented Plasma technology integrated into the side pads for targeted shock absorption in critical areas.
  • Removable, washable linings and interchangeable 3D foam cheek pads with an emergency extraction system (ERS) and a channel for hydration tube installation.
  • Elastically connected crown and neck pads to enhance oblique impact management, plus a removable, height-adjustable top pad via the A-head system.
  • Secure chin strap with 25 mm nylon webbing, stainless steel DD rings and removable covers for washing.
  • Shell sizing solution and multiple shell sizes deliver an anatomical fit; cheek pads are available in different thicknesses to further customize fit.
  • Integrated channels accommodate hydration systems and a left-side EPS cutaway with earphone recesses on both sides for communication system compatibility.
