Built for off-road racing, the SM7 Core Helmet balances impact protection and all-day comfort. 🏁💨

  • Outer shell composite construction is lightweight and durable, with an aerodynamic profile designed to deflect energy away from the head and reduce load on the neck and spine.
  • Advanced ventilation: a network of intake and exhaust ports (13 intakes and 8 exhausts, excluding the eye port) delivers exceptional airflow across race conditions.
  • Patented visor detaching system is engineered to automatically release the visor when exposed to impact energies above 15 joules to limit force transfer.
  • Plasma technology is strategically integrated into the side pads to provide high-performance shock absorption in critical areas.
  • Removable, washable linings and 3D foam cheek pads with an emergency extraction system (ERS); cheek pads are interchangeable across sizes and include a channel for hydration tube installation.
  • Crown and neck pads are elastically connected for improved oblique impact management; the top pad is removable and height-adjustable for a personalized fit.
  • Chin strap features a 25 mm nylon webbing with stainless steel DD rings and removable covers for easy washing.
  • A shell sizing solution and multiple shell/consumer sizes deliver an anatomical fit, and fit can be further customized with genuine replacement cheekpads.
  • Both sides include integrated channels for a hydration system, and a left-side EPS cutaway plus earphone recesses allow seamless communication system installation.
