The SM7 Core helmet is engineered for off-road racing to combine impact protection with long‑distance comfort. Its lightweight composite outer shell and aerodynamic profile are designed to deflect impact energy away from the head and toward the neck and spinal column for improved safety. 🏁

  • High‑flow ventilation with 20 intake and exhaust ports (13 intakes, 8 exhausts) for effective heat management and consistent airflow.
  • Patented visor detaching system that automatically separates the visor from the shell when subjected to impact energy exceeding 15 joules, reducing visor‑related loading on the head.
  • Strategically integrated patented Plasma technology in the side pads for targeted shock absorption in critical areas.
  • Removable, washable linings and interchangeable three‑dimensional cheek pads with an emergency extraction system and a channel for hydration tube routing.
  • Elastically connected crown and neck pads for enhanced oblique impact management, plus an adjustable, removable top pad for fit customization.
  • Durable chin strap with stainless steel double‑D rings and removable covers for easy washing; integrated channels on both sides accommodate hydration systems, and a left‑side EPS cutaway supports communication system installation.

Shell sizing is optimized so each fit size receives an appropriate shell size to deliver a more anatomical fit and reduce weight while improving impact performance. 💨
