Product Description

Introducing the 1.4kW Compact High-Performance Starter Motor, a 100% new unit designed for optimal performance. This starter motor is not remanufactured, ensuring you receive a product in pristine condition. It features special pinion shaft threads and an extended jackshaft bolt, allowing for a wider range of applications.

Equipped with oversized clutch rollers, cold headed steel idler gears, and armature hairpins that are resistance-fused to the armature, this starter motor provides enhanced durability. The 1.4kW model serves as a new replacement for stock and slightly modified engines, generating more power than the OEM stock starter.

For best results, it is recommended to use this starter motor with Drag Specialties battery and battery cables. The design is more compact than the original, eliminating the need for a rear bracket. Additionally, due to its higher output, 4-gauge cables are advised for this starter.
