Contoured calf protector and low-profile ankle pivots support natural movement; front bellow shock-absorbing inserts and strategically placed padding on the ankles and shin plate increase impact absorption and rider comfort.
Durability features include a replaceable, one-piece dual-compound vulcanized rubber sole with an embedded wear-limit indicator over a Kevlar-reinforced structure, polymer buckles with an aluminum frame and self-aligning quick-release closures, and a soft microfiber gaiter that effectively seals out water and dirt.
