The SP-X boots are a sleek sport boot designed to fit under tech riding pants while providing superior walking capability. Optimized for sport and sport touring riders, these compact, mid-height boots offer premium levels of protection and comfort both on and off the bike.

The upper is crafted from a combination of Rideknit® material and knitted mesh, complemented by seamless thermo-welded parts. The lower section features a TPU heel counter, toe slider, and the Alpinestars Transversal Protection Frame (TPF) on the sole, ensuring high levels of protection against impacts and any bending or twisting.

Additionally, the sole boasts an innovative design with an asymmetric back heel to facilitate the rider's natural stride and promote off-bike stability. For added protection, the SP-X includes an integrated shin impact protector, dual-density ankle discs, and TPU shift pad and toe slider reinforcement.

When it comes to comfort, the knitted areas at the front and back flex points offer excellent freedom of movement, while the PU midsole features an integrated double cushioned heel compound and a removable OrthoLite® insock, ensuring great walking comfort.

Getting in and out of these boots is easy thanks to the medial zip combined with the BOA speed lace system, which provides a compact and precise closure. The SP-X boots are ideal for sport riders seeking coverage and protection without the full race boot or over-the-pant look.
