The AST v2 Air Jacket is Tech-Air® 5 ready and engineered for sport performance, combining high airflow with advanced impact protection. 🏍️

  • Tech-Air® 5 ready — the world’s first completely electronic, self-contained upper-body airbag system with no bike-to-rider setup required.
  • Constructed from hard-wearing 600 denier poly-fabric with extensive mesh panels on the front, back and arms for optimum airflow.
  • Removable Nucleon Flex protectors in the elbows and shoulders provide lightweight, high-performance impact resistance; GP Lite on the shoulders adds superior abrasion resistance.
  • Strategically positioned stretch panel inserts accommodate Alpinestars airbag expansion while maintaining anatomical fit and comfort when the system is not fitted.
  • Chest and back pad compartments with comfort padding; Alpinestars Nucleon back and chest protectors available as accessory upgrades.
  • Pre-curved sleeves, sleeve volume adjustment with hook-and-loop for a personalized fit, elongated rear profile and D-ring waist adjustment for added riding comfort.
  • External zipped hand pockets, textile comfort edge on collar and cuffs for moisture-wicking comfort, reflective details and auto-locking zippers for durability and safety.
