The AST v2 Air Jacket blends ventilated textile construction with advanced impact protection for sport riding. Tech-Air® 5 ready, it integrates with the world’s first completely electronic, self-contained upper body motorcycle airbag system with no bike-to-rider setup required.

  • Constructed from hard-wearing 600 denier poly-fabric with extensive mesh panels placed on the front, back and arms for optimum airflow.
  • Removable Nucleon Flex protectors in the elbows and shoulders provide lightweight, low-profile impact resistance; GP Lite on the shoulders adds superior abrasion resistance where it matters most.
  • Strategically positioned stretch panel inserts accommodate a compatible airbag system, allowing expansion when the airbag inflates while maintaining an anatomical fit when not fitted.
  • Chest and back pad compartments with comfort padding (protectors available as accessory upgrade).
  • Pre-curved sleeves and a sleeve volume adjustment system with hook-and-loop deliver a personalized fit and help maintain elbow protector positioning.
  • Elongated rear profile and hook-and-loop D-ring waist adjustment for enhanced riding comfort and customization; external zipped hand pockets for secure storage.
  • Textile comfort edge on collar and cuffs for moisture-wicking comfort, reflective details and auto-locking zippers for durability and safety.
  • Certified to EN 17092-4:2020 – A Class; elbow and shoulder protection to EN 1621-1:2012 Level 1.
  • Shell composition: 90% polyester and 10% polyamide. Inner lining: 100% polyester.
