The AST v2 Air Jacket is designed for the modern rider, featuring Tech-Air® 5 readiness, which is the world’s first completely electronic, self-contained motorcycle airbag system. Enjoy a hassle-free setup with no bike-to-rider configurations required.

This jacket incorporates strategically positioned stretch panel inserts to accommodate the Alpinestars Airbag System. It allows for expansion when the airbag inflates while delivering excellent anatomical performance and fit when not in use.

Crafted from robust 600 Denier poly-fabric, the jacket also includes extensive mesh panels for optimal airflow. Safety is paramount with removable Nucleon Flex protectors in the elbows and shoulders, ensuring lightweight, sleek protection against impacts.

Experience superior abrasion resistance thanks to GP Lite on the shoulders. The jacket features chest and back pad compartments with comfort padding, allowing for the addition of Alpinestars Nucleon back and chest protectors.

Designed for comfort, the sleeves have a pre-curved construction for an enhanced riding position. The volume adjustment system on the sleeves includes hook and loop adjustments for a personalized fit, ensuring the elbow protector stays in place.

The elongated rear profile and adjustable D-ring waist provide added comfort and customization. External zipped hand pockets offer secure storage, while the textile comfort edge on the collar and cuffs enhances comfort and moisture-wicking properties. Reflective details and auto-locking zippers enhance safety and durability.
