Andes v3 Drystar® Jacket
The Andes v3 Drystar® Jacket is designed with Alpinestars' exclusive Drystar® construction, ensuring 100% waterproofing and exceptional breathability, even in challenging riding conditions. Its technically advanced design provides optimal protection and abrasion resistance, making it adaptable to all weather types.
This jacket is Tech-Air® 5 ready, constructed with a reinforced polyfabric textile for enhanced durability. The newly developed direct ventilation system (DVS) features zippered chest air intakes and back exhaust ports, allowing for high levels of airflow.
For internal impact protection, removable elbow and shoulder protectors are included. The chest and back compartments can accommodate Nucleon chest and back inserts, which are sold separately. Additionally, reinforced polymer-printed texturing in critical elbow and lower arm areas enhances abrasion resistance.
Reflective details improve rider safety while the upper chest zippered hand pockets work with the ventilation openings to provide personalized cooling airflow. Front waterproof cargo pockets ensure convenience and peace of mind, alongside a large external utility pocket on the lower back and internal pockets, including a waterproof wallet pocket for real-world practicality.
The jacket features an integrated soft edge collar and 3D mesh construction for added comfort on long rides. A premium YKK® zipper secures the main front closure, offering adaptable and reliable fastening. The removable long-sleeve thermal liner ensures comfort whether it's hot or cold outside.
Pre-contoured sleeves with accordion stretch panels on the elbows allow for freedom of movement and comfort, and the hook-and-loop-closing waist adjustment belt ensures a customizable fit. With external zippered chest and cargo pockets, storage is secure and convenient. Finally, the shock cord adjustment on the inner bottom provides an optimal fit.
