🛡️ The RK-1 Plasma Knee Brace is anatomically profiled for all forms of off-road riding, engineered to deliver comfortable support while remaining lightweight, breathable, and protective. Nucleon Plasma panels provide viscoelastic impact dispersion and absorption for maximum rider confidence.
Its hybrid frame construction uses a flexible composite over-injected on a high-performance polymer blend to achieve superb frame rigidity while keeping the upper and lower strap areas flexible. The replaceable triple-segmented knee cups combine a polyurethane outer shell backed with a Nucleon Plasma protector for an optimal balance of impact protection, flexibility, and scratch resistance.
The self-centering knee cup and strategically positioned upper and lower patella extensions ensure maximum coverage through all flexion and extension angles. A slim-design four-point hinge system follows natural knee articulation, and adjustable extension stops (0°–30°) allow the brace to be set to the desired maximum opening angle. Stainless-steel bushings receive an anti-oxidation treatment for long-lasting performance.
Comfort features include soft-touch thermoformed padding, soft-touch condyle padding available in different thicknesses, four individual non-slip backed straps for secure placement, and high-tensile buckles that remain robust yet flexible. Central buckles lock easily with a keyhole snapping system. The knee protector meets EN 1621-1:2012 Level 1 certification.
