Designed for aggressive off-road performance, these knee braces combine a slim ergonomic profile with high levels of comfort and protection. The free-floating Nucleon Plasma protector sits inside an asymmetric fiber-reinforced frame to deliver enhanced rigidity while allowing natural articulation.

Lightweight and highly ventilated, the protector is made from a viscoelastic bio-based polymer that dissipates impact energy while remaining pliable in all directions. The replaceable outer cups feature a durable outer shell backed by the energy-absorbing insert for an optimal balance of impact resistance, flexibility and scratch protection.

  • Extremely stable four-point hinge system follows knee articulation for smooth motion and consistent support.
  • Easily exchangeable extension stops (0°–30°) let you set the maximum opening angle to preference.
  • Padded X-straps with non-slip backing and high-tensile buckles ensure a secure, adaptive fit without pinching behind the knee.
  • Strategically positioned upper and lower patella extensions maintain coverage through all flexion and extension angles.

Construction focuses on rider comfort: soft-touch thermoformed padding and condyle pads in multiple thicknesses provide a customized fit and keep the brace securely in place. Stainless-steel bushings in the hinge receive an anti-oxidation treatment for long-lasting smooth operation.
