The super-lightweight Nucleon KR-1 CELLi insert is engineered in three waist-to-shoulder dimensions to cover a wide range of body sizes, delivering race-oriented coverage and comfort. 🛡️

A high-performance polymeric cell structure blends optimized flexibility with excellent weight-saving properties, while the design transitions from the center toward the outside for an ideal balance of energy absorption and freedom of movement.

Horizontal flexion grooves provide an adaptive fit for different riding positions, and soft breathable padding on the body side enhances rider comfort and ventilation.

Developed for racing suit compatibility and certified to EN 1621-2:2014 Level 2, the insert combines thermoplastic elastomer and EVA for reliable protection without excessive bulk. Composition: 64% thermoplastic elastomer, 33% EVA, 3% other.
