The 2.0 KW Starter Motor is designed for enhanced performance and durability. It features stronger components such as a solenoid plunger, return damper, and springs, ensuring reliable operation. The clutch shaft and rollers are precision-ground and hardened, providing a longer service life. All parts are assembled with a special lube tailored for starter roller clutch applications, improving efficiency.

For added strength, CNC-machined billet mounting noses are secured with aerospace fasteners. Each unit undergoes a rigorous dyno test after assembly, which includes evaluations for hi-low voltage, stall torque, solenoid engagement, amperage draw, load test, maximum rpm, and motor impulse waveform.

This starter boasts a 4.4:1 gear reduction and generates 46% more cranking torque than the stock starter, making it capable of starting any monster motor. For optimal performance, it is recommended to use Terry battery cables and a battery with 300+ cold cranking amps, such as the Drag Specialties battery. Proudly made in the USA.
