Its thermo‑injected shell uses a tailored polymer blend and variable thickness to combine impact protection with low weight, while a multiple‑density inner liner improves energy absorption without adding bulk.
Safety enhancements include an optimized chin structure and shell thickness to meet a more stringent in‑house chin standard, an Emergency Release System for safe cheek pad removal while the helmet is worn, and 3D‑contoured foam for comfort. The soft 25 mm chin strap and stainless steel D‑rings secure the fit.
Ventilation is maximized with ten inlets and seven exhaust ports; the visor is shaped to direct airflow into the ports for improved heat transfer and rider comfort.
