The SM3 Youth helmet is anatomically engineered for younger riders and optimized for MX, enduro and off‑road use. 🧒🏁

  • Thermo-injected outer shell made from a special polymer blend with varying thickness to deliver high impact protection while keeping weight low; available in three shell sizes. Weight: 1060 g.
  • Adjustable crown and cheek pads let the fit be tailored as the rider grows; medium and large sizes share the same EPS so a medium can be upgraded to large via spare pads.
  • Multiple-density inner liner places the correct densities in the correct areas for enhanced impact absorption and reduced overall weight.
  • Inner and outer surfaces are engineered to minimize the effects of oblique impacts.
  • A patented low-friction coating on the main EPS liner acts as a slip plane to reduce rotational acceleration from oblique impacts.
  • Patented visor release system releases the visor with a controlled force to help reduce neck loads during an impact.
  • Emergency release system and removable cheek pads permit safe, easy removal while the helmet is still on; 3D contoured foam ensures rider comfort.
  • Soft 25 mm textile chin strap and stainless steel D-rings provide a secure, comfortable closure.
  • Comfort liner uses recycled materials for a lower carbon footprint, and hydration tube channels are integrated into the cheek pads for convenience and performance.
  • Maximized ventilation with 10 inlets and 7 exhaust ports; the visor is designed to direct air into the ports for enhanced airflow. 🌬️

Designed and tested to a more demanding in-house chin standard, the shell thickness and chin-area structure have been optimized for superior impact performance. 🔒
