The anatomically engineered helmet for younger riders is optimized for motocross, enduro and off‑road use. It pairs a thermo‑injected outer shell with a multi‑density EPS liner to deliver reliable impact protection while remaining lightweight.

  • Thermo‑injected outer shell with a reinforced polymer blend to balance impact resistance and weight.
  • Multi‑density inner liner placed to provide targeted energy absorption and lower overall mass.
  • Low‑friction layer on the main EPS liner reduces rotational acceleration from oblique impacts.
  • Patented visor release system releases at a predetermined force to help reduce neck loads during impact.
  • Emergency release system and removable cheek pads enable safe helmet removal while the helmet is still on.
  • Integrated hydration tube channels inside the cheek pads for convenient routing.
  • Ten inlets and seven exhaust ports maximize ventilation; the visor is shaped to direct air into the vents.
  • Soft 25mm chin strap with stainless steel D‑rings for a secure, comfortable closure.
  • Comfort liner made with recycled textiles to reduce carbon footprint.

Sizes are engineered for growing riders: medium and large share the same EPS size enabling growth via replacement pads, while the small size uses a dedicated EPS. The lightweight construction keeps the helmet close to 1060 g depending on size.

Overall design minimizes the effects of oblique impacts and features an optimized chin structure for enhanced performance under more demanding test conditions. 😊🏁
