This youth off‑road helmet is anatomically profiled for younger riders and optimized for motocross, enduro and off‑road use. It combines lightweight construction with multi‑density impact protection and adjustable fit options to deliver performance, protection and comfort.
The thermo‑injected shell uses a specialized polymer blend with variable thickness to provide targeted impact resistance while keeping weight low. Three shell sizes accommodate growing riders; the larger youth shell weighs approximately 1060 g.
A multiple‑density EPS liner places the correct density where needed for enhanced energy absorption and reduced mass. Inner and outer surfaces are engineered to minimize the effects of oblique impacts, and a low‑friction slip layer inside the main liner reduces rotational acceleration during certain oblique strikes.
Crown and cheek pads are removable and available in different thicknesses for a tailored fit as the rider grows. An emergency release system and removable cheek pads allow safe cheek pad removal while the helmet remains on, and stainless steel D‑rings secure the 25 mm soft textile chin strap.
Ten inlets and seven exhaust ports maximize airflow and heat transfer; the visor is shaped to direct air into the ventilation channels. A patented visor release reduces neck forces by releasing at a predetermined amount of force during an impact.
The comfort liner is made from recycled textiles to lower carbon footprint, and hydration tube channels are integrated into the cheek pads for convenience and performance.
