The S-M10’s design offers a smooth, attractive, aerodynamic profile that is streamlined and free of any external channels or features that might act as load points in an impact. This ensures the overall integrity of the helmet’s construction is maintained.

The surface curvature promotes reduced friction on impact, allowing deflection and the most efficient transfer of energy, thereby protecting the rider’s head from direct force to the skull and reducing stress on the neck and spinal column.

The S-M10 shell sizing solution ensures that each helmet fit size has its own appropriate shell size, delivering the most anatomical solution for a wide variety of fit needs worldwide.

Removable side pads made from a semi-soft polymer provide added protection with a larger contact area to help spread impact energy.

The patented A-Head Fitment System allows easy adjustment of the angle and height of the helmet on the head.

This ultra-ventilated helmet features 28 individual intake and exhaust ports, 18 intakes, and 10 exhausts, ensuring optimum ventilation.

Equipped with the Multi-directional Impact Protection System (MIPS), the helmet is designed to reduce rotational forces from impacts, mimicking the brain’s natural defense against oblique impacts.

The ERS Emergency Visor Release and a new Visor Extension provide protection from roost and the sun. The new eject technology includes the eject helmet removal system.

Helmet Composition:

20% POLYURETHANE, 17% POLYCHLOROPRENE, 16% CARBON FIBER, 14% FIBERGLASS, 12% POLYSTYRENE (EPS), 7% ARAMID FIBER, 7% POLYAMIDE, 4% POLYVINIL CHLORIDE, 2% STEEL, and 1% EXPANDED POLYPROPYLENE.

Protection:

The helmet’s shell construction utilizes advanced molding technology with a multi-composite combination:

• 3K Carbon - high density carbon outer layer that improves strength and energy dissipation.
• Uni-directional carbon composite layer that provides greater radial strength around the shell.
• Aramid fiber layer for critical penetration protection.

This combination is enhanced with epoxy resin bonding for optimal strength and energy management, allowing for better absorption of impact energy by the 4 density EPS liner.

The redesigned chin bar’s new profile has been specifically sculpted to clear the collarbone, reducing the chance of injury, while the new softer EPS liner extends beyond the helmet shell for added safety.
