The Supertech M10 Deegan MIPS® Helmet delivers a streamlined, aerodynamic profile engineered to reduce friction and improve deflection on impact. Designed for off‑road performance, it balances lightweight construction with advanced protection. 🛡️

  • Surface curvature promotes reduced friction on impact to help transfer energy away from the skull and reduce forces referred to the neck and spine.
  • Shell sizing solution provides an appropriate shell size for each fit size to deliver a more anatomical fit.
  • Removable semi‑soft polymer side pads increase contact area to help disperse impact energy.
  • Patented A‑Head Fitment System allows quick adjustment of helmet angle and height on the head.
  • Ultra‑ventilated design with 28 intake and exhaust ports (18 intakes, 10 exhausts) for optimum airflow.
  • MIPS® multi‑directional impact protection system adds low‑friction layers to help reduce rotational forces from oblique impacts.
  • ERS emergency visor release and a new visor extension to protect from roost and sun.
  • New eject technology includes an eject helmet removal system for rapid and safe removal.

Protection and construction:

The shell uses a multi‑composite layering approach with high‑density carbon and unidirectional carbon composite for radial strength and controlled deflection, plus aramid fiber for penetration resistance. An epoxy resin bonding enhances strength and energy management, working with a 4‑density EPS liner to absorb and spread impact energy.

Redesigned chin bar geometry reduces the chance of collarbone contact, featuring a softer EPS liner that extends beyond the shell and a flexible rubber cover to help mitigate collarbone injuries. 🏍️

Composition highlights include polyurethane, polychloroprene, carbon fiber, fiberglass, EPS polystyrene, aramid fiber, polyamide, PVC, steel and expanded polypropylene in engineered ratios to optimize protection, fit and durability.
