Designed for high-performance off-road riding, the Supertech M10 TLD 25 combines a smooth, aerodynamic shell profile with engineered curvature to reduce friction on impact and promote efficient energy transfer. 🚵‍♂️✨

The S-M10 shell sizing solution ensures each fit size receives its own appropriately scaled shell for a more anatomical fit. Removable semi-soft polymer side pads increase contact area to help spread impact energy, and the patented A-Head Fitment System allows easy adjustment of angle and height for a personalized fit.

  • Multi-directional Impact Protection System (MIPS) to reduce rotational forces from oblique impacts.
  • Ultra-ventilated design with 28 intake and exhaust ports (18 intakes, 10 exhausts) for optimum airflow.
  • ERS emergency visor release and a visor extension to protect from roost and sun intrusion.
  • New eject helmet removal system to aid in safe post-crash extraction.

Protection is achieved through a multi-composite shell construction: a 3K carbon outer layer for improved strength and energy dissipation, a uni-directional carbon composite layer for enhanced radial strength and controlled deflection, and an aramid fiber layer for penetration resistance. An epoxy resin bond and a four-density EPS liner further optimize energy management.

The redesigned chin bar is sculpted to provide relief around the collarbone area and is complemented by a softer EPS liner that extends beyond the shell, covered by a flexible rubber compound to reduce the chance of collarbone injury.

Composition: 20% polyurethane, 17% polychloroprene, 16% carbon fiber, 14% fiberglass, 12% polystyrene (EPS), 7% aramid fiber, 7% polyamide, 4% PVC, 2% steel, 1% expanded polypropylene.
