Designed for off-road performance, the Supertech M10 delivers a streamlined aerodynamic profile that reduces external load points and promotes smooth impact deflection. 🪖

Impact management

The curved shell surface and multi-density liner work together to encourage deflection and distribute energy across the shell and liner, minimizing direct force to the skull and reducing transfer to the neck and spine.

Advanced fit and removal

The helmet features a tailored shell sizing approach so each fit size uses an appropriate shell for a more anatomical fit. Removable side pads made from a semi-soft polymer increase contact area to help spread impact energy. New eject technology and an eject helmet removal system improve post-crash extraction.

Protection systems

  • Multi-directional Impact Protection System: low-friction layers create a slip plane to mitigate rotational forces.
  • Patented A-Head fitment system for angle and height adjustment of how the helmet sits on the head.
  • ERS emergency visor release and a visor extension for protection from roost and sun.

Shell construction and materials

The shell uses a multi-composite construction with layered 3K carbon, uni-directional carbon composite and aramid fiber combined with epoxy resin bonding. This arrangement increases radial strength, limits shell compression, and improves energy dissipation into the four-density EPS liner.

Chin bar and collarbone relief

The redesigned chin bar profile includes a raised relief area to clear the collarbone, paired with a softer EPS liner and flexible rubber outer compound to reduce the risk of collarbone injury.

Composition

The helmet is made from a balanced mix of polyurethane, polychloroprene, carbon fiber, fiberglass, EPS, aramid fiber, polyamide, PVC, steel and expanded polypropylene to optimize protection, comfort and durability. ⚡
