🪖 The Supertech M10 TLD 25 is engineered for off‑road performance with a smooth, aerodynamic profile that minimizes external load points and promotes efficient impact deflection.

The shell curvature reduces friction on impact, helping the helmet deflect and transfer energy more efficiently away from the skull and neck. The S‑M10 shell sizing system provides each fit size with its own optimized shell to deliver an anatomical fit across a wide range of head shapes.

Key protective features

  • Removable semi‑soft polymer side pads to increase contact area and spread impact energy.
  • Patented A‑Head Fitment System for easy angle and height adjustment of helmet position.
  • Ultra‑ventilated design with 28 intake and exhaust ports (18 intakes, 10 exhausts) for optimum airflow.
  • Multi‑directional Impact Protection System (MIPS®) adds two low‑friction layers to mitigate rotational forces in oblique impacts.
  • ERS emergency visor release and a visor extension for roost and sun protection.
  • New eject helmet removal system to aid post‑impact extraction.

Construction and materials

The helmet uses a multi‑composite shell and advanced molding technology to optimize strength and energy dissipation. Layering includes 3K carbon and a uni‑directional carbon composite for radial strength, with an aramid fiber layer for penetration resistance. An epoxy resin bond enhances overall integrity and energy management, working with a four‑density EPS liner for improved impact absorption.

The redesigned chin bar features a sculpted base to clear the collarbone and a softer EPS liner that extends beyond the shell, covered by a flexible rubber compound to reduce the chance of collarbone injury.
