Designed for dynamic performance and everyday comfort, the SM5 Sail helmet combines advanced impact protection with rider-focused features. 🪖

  • Lightweight outer shell constructed from an impact-resistant thermoplastic in two shell sizes for an optimized fit.
  • Side shell coupled with soft EPS foam to help prevent collarbone injury in the event of a crash.
  • Engineered inner and outer surfaces to minimize the effects of oblique impacts.
  • Multiple-density inner liner ensures the correct density in the right areas for enhanced impact absorption and comfort.
  • Emergency release system and removable cheek pads allow safe and easy removal of cheek pads while the helmet remains on; 3D contoured foam improves comfort.
  • Removable comfort liner treated with Silverplus® anti-bacterial fabric for excellent moisture wicking; the anti-microbial liner is removable and washable.
  • Hydration tube channels integrated into the cheek pads for convenience and performance.
  • Soft 26mm textile chin strap, stainless steel D-rings for a secure fit, and a patented visor release system that releases with a predetermined amount of force regardless of impact angle.
  • Maximized ventilation with multi-air inlets and exhaust ports; the visor is designed to direct air into the ports for enhanced airflow.
  • Material composition: 47% acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene, 17% polystyrene (EPS), 17% polyurethane, 6% nylon, 6% polypropylene, 4% PVC, 1% thermoplastic elastomer, 1% steel, 1% other.
