The SM5 Sail Helmet blends advanced impact protection with race-inspired features for off-road performance. 🏁

  • Lightweight outer shell in two sizes, made from a technologically advanced impact-resistant thermoplastic.
  • Side shell coupled with soft EPS foam to help prevent collarbone injury in a crash.
  • Inner and outer surfaces engineered to minimize the effects of oblique impacts.
  • Multiple-density inner liner for targeted impact absorption where it is needed most.
  • Emergency release system and removable cheek pads permit safe pad removal while the helmet is still worn; 3D contoured foam enhances comfort.
  • Removable comfort liner treated with Silverplus® antibacterial fabrics for excellent moisture wicking; the anti-microbial liner is removable and washable.
  • Hydration tube channels are integrated into the helmet’s cheek pads for convenience.
  • Soft 26mm chin strap and stainless steel D-rings provide a secure, comfortable fit.
  • Patented visor release system ensures the visor releases with a predetermined amount of force irrespective of impact angle.
  • Maximized ventilation with multi-air inlets and exhaust ports; the visor is designed to direct air into the ports for enhanced airflow.
  • Material composition: 47% Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styren, 17% Polystyrene (EPS), 17% Polyurethane, 6% Nylon, 6% Polypropylene, 4% PVC, 1% Thermoplastic Elastomermer, 1% Steel, 1% Other.
