The lightweight outer shell is constructed from a technologically advanced impact-resistant thermoplastic in two sizes. A side shell coupled with soft EPS foam helps prevent collarbone damage in the event of a crash, while inner and outer surfaces are engineered to reduce the effects of oblique impacts. Multiple-density inner liners ensure the correct density is positioned in the correct area for enhanced impact absorption.

  • Emergency release system and removable cheek pads permit safe and easy removal while the helmet is still on, with 3D contoured foam for rider comfort.
  • Removable comfort liner treated with Silverplus® anti-bacterial fabric for excellent moisture wicking; the anti-microbial liner is removable and washable.
  • Hydration tube channels are integrated into the cheek pads for convenience.
  • Soft 26mm textile chin strap and stainless steel D-rings ensure a secure, comfortable fit.
  • Patented visor release system and maximized ventilation with multi-air inlets and exhaust ports; the visor is designed to direct air into the ports for enhanced airflow.

Materials are selected to balance weight and protection, including acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene, EPS polystyrene, polyurethane, nylon, polypropylene, PVC, thermoplastic elastomer, steel, and other engineered components. 🚀
