600 Series banjo bolts provide reliable hydraulic-line connections for a wide range of Harley-Davidson applications. 🔩

Features:

  • '04 - '16 XL models use metric 10 mm x 1.25 and 12 mm x 1.50 banjo bolts, washers and fittings
  • All Big Twin except '08 - '16 Dressers and pre-'04 XL models use standard 3/8" and 7/16" banjo bolts, washers and fittings
  • Fittings and washers listed as 3/8"/10 mm can be used in either application

These bolts are engineered for consistent sealing and ease of service. Confirm thread size before installation and follow the manufacturer's torque specifications to ensure safe, leak-free connections.
