The Discovery Carbon EA Helmet combines advanced safety engineering with customizable comfort for confident riding. The inner shell uses EPS material at different densities to disperse impact energy, while the outer shell is produced in two mold sizes using carbon and aramid fiber bonded with epoxy resin to deliver a lightweight, resilient structure.

  • Small and large shell sizing improves fit across head shapes.
  • Advanced Padding System kit included; breathable, hypoallergenic, washable and removable for a tailored interior.
  • Micrometric closure enables quick release and is prepared for Bluetooth® communication system installation.
  • Easy Fit system provides space for prescription lenses.
  • Optimized ventilation via large front intake, chin guard intake and rear extractors.
  • Scratch-resistant polycarbonate visor features an internal dark sun visor operated by a left-side lever and accepts a Pinlock® lens without additional tools.
  • Special visor closure block on the chin guard clicks into place to reduce noise and improve safety at high speeds.
