Designer Series ABS-Specific Front Brake Line Kit

Magnum Shielding Designer Series brake lines are engineered to meet Harley-Davidson ABS requirements, providing reliable, OE-style routing and performance for a variety of applications. These kits are built with PTFE inner tubing, DuPont™ Kevlar® aramid fiber reinforcement and premium Signature Magnum braids with a crystal clear outer jacket that resists scuffing and will not discolor. 🔧

  • Direct-fit lower assembly designed to be used with alternative-length upper lines for a clean, OEM-style routing.
  • Construction reduces line expansion for firmer, more consistent brake feel under load.
  • Braid color and weave match Magnum control cables and brake lines for a coordinated appearance without color fade.
  • Upper, lower, mid and adapter kits are sold separately to ensure correct fitment for each model application.

Fitment notes and usage:

  • Single-disc Dyna and Sportster models typically require two kits (one upper and one lower).
  • Softail models generally use three kits (upper, mid and optional lower) except some '18+ dual-disc applications; upper kits are required for many handlebar changes and some softail adapter configurations.
  • Dual-disc Touring models use three kits; Trike models require two kits (upper and mid-line) with no lower available.
  • Non-stock applications require measuring upper line length and banjo angle to ensure correct fit (see How to Order).

Important safety note: Harley-Davidson motorcycles equipped with ABS require ABS-specific upper and lower brake line kits. Using non-ABS lines may compromise anti-lock braking performance. Magnum Shielding ABS lines are identified by “ABS” printed on the hose. 🛑

All kits are assembled in the U.S.A. and designed for professional installation. Follow model-specific diagrams and measurement instructions before ordering to confirm correct lengths and routing.
