The Alternate Length Designer Series ABS-specific front brake line kit is engineered for Harley-Davidson motorcycles equipped with ABS, providing compatible routing and reliable anti-lock performance. 🏍️

This brake kit includes a direct-fit lower assembly that pairs with alternative length upper lines to follow OEM routing and ensure correct installation.

  • Designed for stock and alternate routing paths to maintain proper hose routing.
  • Crystal clear outer jacket protects finish and resists discoloration, while braid color and weave match related control cables.
  • PTFE inner tubing with aramid fiber reinforcement and premium braids minimizes expansion for firmer brake feel.
  • Upper, lower, mid and adapter kits are sold separately to achieve model-specific fit and routing.
  • Assembled in the U.S.A.

Fitment notes and application guidance:

  • Single disc Dyna and Sportster models use two kits — one upper and one lower.
  • Softail models typically require three kits (except '18+ dual disc), with the lower kit optional on all; upper kits are required for handlebar changes.
  • Adapter use and requirements vary by Softail year and disc configuration; follow the measurement guidance for correct upper line length.
  • Dual disc Touring models use three kits; Trike models use two kits and do not offer a lower option.
  • Non-stock applications require measuring upper line length and banjo angle to confirm fit (see How to Order).
  • Harley-Davidson motorcycles equipped with ABS require ABS-specific upper and lower brake line kits to preserve anti-lock braking performance.
