The Alternate Length Designer Series ABS-Specific Front Brake Line Kit provides a direct-fit lower assembly designed to be used with alternate-length upper lines and engineered to meet Harley-Davidson ABS requirements. Built to follow OEM routing, this kit reduces line expansion and resists scuffing and discoloration while maintaining consistent brake feel.

  • Direct-fit lower assembly works in conjunction with alternative length upper lines for proper routing.
  • Constructed with PTFE inner tubing and DuPont™ Kevlar® aramid fiber reinforcement for durability and low expansion.
  • Premium braided exterior with a crystal clear outer jacket protects finish without discoloring and matches other MAGNUM control cables and brake lines.
  • Upper, lower, mid and adapter kits are sold separately to ensure precise fitment for specific models and configurations.
  • Assembled in the U.S.A.

Fitment notes: Single disc Dyna and Sportster models may require two kits; Softail models often use three kits (lower optional on many), and Touring and Trike models have specific mid-line and upper-line requirements to complete routing from the master cylinder to the ABS controller. Non-stock applications require measuring upper brake line length and banjo angle to confirm correct fitment.

Safety notice: Harley-Davidson motorcycles equipped with ABS require ABS-specific upper and lower brake line kits. Failure to use ABS-specific components may compromise anti-lock braking ability. Magnum Shielding upper brake line kits for ABS applications are identified with the letters “ABS” printed on the brake hose. 🔧
