Fitment notes

Single disc Dyna and Sportster models typically require two kits (one upper and one lower). Softail and Touring fitments vary by year and brake configuration; some Softail and Touring applications require mid-line and/or adapter kits to complete the connection between the master cylinder and the ABS controller. Trike models use upper and mid-line kits; no lower kit is available for certain trike applications.

For non-stock applications, measure the upper brake line length and banjo angle to ensure correct fitment. Follow manufacturer guidelines and diagrams when determining upper line length and whether an adapter is required for your motorcycle year and configuration.

Safety

Harley-Davidson motorcycles equipped with ABS require ABS-specific upper and lower brake line kits. Using non-ABS or incorrectly routed lines may compromise anti-lock braking performance. Magnum Shielding ABS-specific lines are identified on the hose and are manufactured to meet ABS service requirements.
