The 465 Series Shock for Softails brings race-inspired control to rear suspension with a high-pressure gas monotube design and a threaded body that allows a wide range of preload adjustment. Riders can fine-tune feel with a five-position rebound adjuster while the hard-anodized aluminum construction delivers long-lasting corrosion resistance. Each shock is custom tuned for its specific fitment to optimize damping and spring rate. ⚙️🏍️

Before purchasing or attempting to install shocks of a different length than OEM, confirm that wheel travel changes will not cause clearance issues such as swingarm or axle contact with the exhaust, chain or belt guard, or tire interference. For motorcycles that operate at or near the manufacturer's maximum load rating more than half the time, heavy duty applications are recommended to protect components and maintain performance.
