1-5/8" belt drive kits with a lock-up clutch provide a durable, direct bolt-in option for compatible primaries. 🔧 These systems deliver positive engagement with no added lever pull effort and are built to resist clutch slippage under load.

  • 1-5/8" kits include front pulley, belt, clutch hub, clutch basket and an aramid clutch set (two half plates, four full plates and five steel drive plates)
  • Direct bolt-in applications for straightforward installation
  • Quiet Clutch with a ball-bearing lockup pressure plate for reliable engagement
  • Lockup design applies extra pressure to the clutch plates for positive engagement with no clutch slippage
  • Rear pulley uses a 40mm double-row bearing and an inner stress-proof steel clutch hub to support the clutch
