C Grind Cam

The C Grind Cam is engineered to enhance mid-range and top-end power for both street and drag bikes. This precision-engineered component is compatible with solid or hydraulic lifters, ensuring that the idle remains stable up to 6,000 rpm with stock valve springs.

Crafted in the USA, these cams are computer-designed and precision ground from high-quality alloy steel billets using advanced Landis CNC cam grinders. For strokers ranging from 84" to 96", this cam truly shines, providing a broad torque range from 2000 to over 7000 rpm.

When installing, it is essential to check coil bind, valve to valve clearance, and valve to piston clearance for optimal performance. Note that for late '77 and later engines, the pitch diameter on the camshaft, pinion gear, and breather valve gear has been modified, making these components non-interchangeable with earlier models unless replaced as a complete set. Late '77 and later gear sets are identifiable by a circular groove machined into the outer face of the cam gear.
