The T124 Low Compression Long Block Engine is designed for optimal performance and compatibility. It includes Super Stock™ heads, a T2 crankcase, a high flow oil pump, cam cover, and easy start 585 gear drive cams. The special head machining allows it to fit stock length intake manifolds (S&S manifold size 405), ensuring seamless integration.

With a stock style breathing system, it is compatible with stock and most performance air cleaners. Please note that no fuel system or ignition systems are included. The revised oil routing on '99-'06 Touring models eliminates the need for an oil line installation kit.

The cylinder heads on T-Series long block engines are of the '99 - '05 style, and owners of '06 models will need to purchase a set of '99 - '05 style, offset intake flanges. These engines feature specially machined cylinder heads that compensate for the non-stock cylinder length, making them compatible with manifolds and throttle bodies with stock length intake runners. Additionally, the breather vent bolt locations have been adjusted to the stock location, allowing stock style air cleaner back plates to fit perfectly.
