Black Pearl™ Designer Handlebar Installation Kit delivers a complete, matched solution for cable and brake-line routing — the only kit that pairs braided cables and brake lines for a cohesive factory look. 🔧🛡️

  • Kit includes throttle and idle cables, throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and any necessary switch wiring or turn signal extension unless otherwise noted.
  • All cable and brake lines feature Black Pearl™ braid with highly polished black chrome plated fittings for a refined appearance and corrosion resistance.
  • Brake lines are constructed with PTFE inner tubing, DuPont™ Kevlar® aramid fiber reinforcement, premium Signature Magnum braids, and an outer PVC jacket for durability and performance.
  • Cables are low-effort, high-efficiency designs that meet or exceed OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.
  • Kits for dual-disc models include an all-brazed manifold to eliminate leaks, alignment problems, and unattractive threaded connections.
  • Brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications.
  • Assembled in the USA. Kit is based on using ape hanger style handlebars with 2" risers.
