🛠️ The XR handlebar installation kit delivers a precise fit and excellent value. Designed for tall-rise bars with 2" risers, the kit pairs low-effort, high-efficiency controls engineered to meet or exceed original equipment standards for fit, construction, and endurance.

Included are throttle and idle control assemblies or fully terminated electronic throttle extensions, a clutch connection or hydraulic clutch hose, DOT-compliant braking hoses, copper crush washers, mounting hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions. All fittings are highly polished before plating to ensure a refined appearance.

Braking hoses employ heavy-gauge metal embedded in an abrasion-resistant outer jacket for superior durability and responsive stopping performance. Manifolds supplied with some kits are fully brazed for optimal fit and appearance and use -3 AN connections for easy installation. Hoses meet DOT FMVSS-106 specifications.

The kit contains the components needed for a clean, safe installation and reliable riding performance.
