The XR Handlebar Installation Kit provides a precise fit and high-quality components at an economical price. Designed for installations using ape hanger handlebars with 2" risers, the kit combines low-effort, high-efficiency cable designs with durable brake line construction for dependable performance on the road. 🔧🏍️

Kits include throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, XR DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.

  • All fittings are highly polished before plating for a refined appearance.
  • Cables meet or exceed OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.
  • Brake lines feature heavy-gauge stainless steel embedded in an abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket for superior durability and responsive braking.
  • Kits that include manifolds use an all-brazed construction and -3 AN connections for easy installation and optimal OE fitment.
  • Brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications.

Installation notes: kit is based on using ape hanger style handlebars and 2" risers; follow vehicle-specific instructions and inspect fittings for proper torque and sealing during assembly.
