The XR Handlebar Installation Kit provides a complete solution for fitting ape hanger style handlebars with 2" risers. Designed for reliable performance and easy installation, the kit includes throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, DOT-compliant brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions. 🛠️

  • Low-effort, high-efficiency cable designs meet or exceed OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.
  • Brake lines feature heavy-gauge stainless steel construction embedded in an abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket for excellent braking response and durability.
  • Kits that include manifolds use an all-brazed construction and -3 AN connections for optimal fitment and appearance.
  • All fittings are highly polished before plating; copper crush washers and complete hardware are included for a clean, secure installation.
  • Brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications for safe, road-legal performance.
