The Magnum XR Handlebar Installation Kit delivers a precise fit and high-quality components at an economical price. Kits include throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, XR Dot brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.

All fittings are highly polished before plating, and cables use a low-effort, high-efficiency design that meets or exceeds original equipment specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance. Magnum XR brake lines use heavy-gauge stainless steel embedded in an abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket for superior durability and excellent braking response, helping ensure safe riding. Manifolds supplied with some kits use all-brazed construction for optimal fit and appearance and employ -3 AN connections for easier installation.

The kit is based on using ape hanger style handlebars and 2" risers, making it ideal for tall-handlebar setups. These assemblies comply with federal motor vehicle safety standard 106 for brake line performance.
